No Show/Cancellation Policy

  • You must provide us with at least 24 hours notice (the “Cancellation Notice”) if you want to cancel an appointment without incurring a fee or having one (1) service deducted from your package, as applicable.
  • If you do not show up to your appointment for an individual service or bundled services within 30 minutes of its scheduled time (and beyond the applicable grace period set forth above) and did not provide us with the Cancellation Notice, you will lose the appointment and your credit/debit card will be charged 50% of the cost of the service or bundled services for that appointment (the “Cancellation Fee”). It is at our discretion whether we choose to waive the Cancellation Fee.
  • You will receive a notification e-mail from us if you do not show up to your appointment and did not provide us with the Cancellation Notice.
